Ordering & Payment

1. How do I know my order was placed successfully? You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

2. Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as soon as possible. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at support@zapzygear.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window as your order may have already entered the fulfillment process. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

3. What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address? Please contact us immediately at support@zapzygear.com with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as secure payment gateways like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Is my payment information secure? Yes, absolutely. Our website is equipped with an SSL certificate, and all transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

6. Where do you ship to? We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We also ship to P.O. Boxes within this area.

Please note, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

7. How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders.

8. How long will it take to receive my order? Our total estimated delivery time is 15 to 24 business days. This is broken down as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to prepare your order.

  • Transit Time: 14-21 business days (Mon-Fri) for the carrier to deliver your package.

9. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Returns & Exchanges

10. What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. We also accept exchanges.

11. What are the conditions for a return? To be eligible, the item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

12. How do I start a return? Simply email our support team at support@zapzygear.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

13. How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. There are no restocking fees.
