Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zapzygear! We are dedicated to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience. Please review our policy below for details on processing times, shipping destinations, costs, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska & Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc.)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Any orders placed with a shipping address in these restricted locations will unfortunately be canceled and fully refunded.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For all eligible addresses within our shipping zones, we offer a simple flat-rate shipping option.

  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $4.99 is applied to all orders. This cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • Transit Time: After your order has been processed, the estimated transit time is 14 to 21 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combining processing and transit times, you can expect your order to arrive within 15 to 24 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

4. P.O. Box Shipments

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes located within the 48 contiguous United States.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zapzygear.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly investigate for you.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Zapzygear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
