Return Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. We have a straightforward 60-day return policy if you are not entirely happy with your order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we also offer exchanges.

60-Day Return Window

We have a 60-day return policy, which gives you 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Specific conditions by category are:

  • Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

  • Electronics & Home Goods: Must be in the original packaging with all original parts and accessories included.

  • Beauty & Health: Must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@zapzygear.com. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges. The most efficient way to get the product you want is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we have issued it.
